Aqua High Energy NEW!
This class is designed for those who want to take their water exercise experience to the next level. This is a high intensity, yet low impact class designed for men and women of all ages. It will incorporate a full body workout including water jogging, cardio vascular exercise and muscle toning! If you’re ready for a harder workout, join us in this high energy water aerobic class! Aqua Zen  NEW!
Learn ways to stretch, move and enjoy your body in the support of warm water, using classical yoga postures adapted for the water. This class is designed for soothing joint and muscle pain, as well as relieving stress.  See discount pricing at right.

H2O Circuit

A circuit style program that incorporates water running, walking and rebounding along with strength training movements and stretching techniques.  This is a high intensity class for those who want a more athletic approach to their aqua workout.  This class is guaranteed to get your body moving and heart pumping.  See discount pricing at right.

Making Waves 
A low to moderate intensity program designed to provide a fresh and new approach to your morning workout. This class will help improve strength and aerobic conditioning. 
This class will run continually, without any breaks from August 31-December 30
Mon/Weds          9:00-9:45 a.m.
FREE for Members      $35/Non-members  
Non-members $6/class

Stretch, Flex & Balance
A program designed to provide a balanced approach to aquatic fitness that will help improve the balance and coordination of the participant. Class is held in the shallow end.
This class will run continually, without any breaks from August 31-December 30
Weds/Fri      12:15 - 1:00 p.m.

MS Aquacise
A class designed for individuals needing exercise to help improve their stability, balance and coordination.  Open to ALL individuals
Tues/Thurs
1:00-1:45 a.m.
